Paint and Pages

We read, “The Rainbow Fish” and discussed the importance of sharing. If a friend is playing with an item we’d like them to share, we can ask, “Can I play with that?” Friends can respond, “Not right now, but you can when I am done with it!” or, “Yes”.

Students then used markers to color a coffee filter. We used water from a spray bottle to blend the colors together and then “shared” our fish scale with our giant classroom fish! Pictured is our finished product.
